As a captain of the Advertising Industry in Uganda with over 17 years of working experience, Frank Muthusi has driven great results in terms of successful advertising campaigns, both in digital and traditional advertising mediums.

Frank Muthusi has a knack for leadership from having organized the first ever Creative Awards in Uganda - The Silverback Awards, to ensuring Uganda Advertsing Association (UAA) is recognized as the official Cannes Lions Representative among other achievements.

From the organization that he leads – fireworks Advertising, he has been able to steer the team to winning multiple pitches including Airtel, MultiChoice, Mastercard Foundation, Glovo, Crown Beverages the bottlers of Pepsi, Mirinda, Mountain Dew, Aquafina and Sting Energy Drink among other brands both local and multinational. He has also given strategic advice and executed campaigns that have seen challenger brands overtime grow their market share to becoming number one, e.g., Pepsi Uganda. With his communication and critical thinking skills, Frank has been able to work smoothly various industry stakeholders in Uganda to unlock great value for the Marketing and Advertising sector.

Frank’s mantra is: Dedicated to risking it all, reflecting more and doing things that matter.

To that effect, he is an adrenaline junkie and has a philanthropic heart. He currently sits in the board of Children Reachout Uganda and is educating two children from an under-privilege family.
