The introduction of the Mansa Honours marks one of the most significant developments in the Festival's history and forms part of the celebrations commemorating 20 Years of Building Talents and a Decade of Awarding Excellence.

The Pitcher Awards is evolving for 2027. To better reflect the realities of modern creativity, media, and technology, the former Channel Category will be restructured into two specialised categories: Media Strategy & Data and Media Execution. The Awards will also introduce new AI-focused subcategories across key categories, recognising the growing role of artificial intelligence in shaping ideas, experiences, storytelling, and innovation. Entries open 1 November 2026.
