Emmanuel Adediran is a celebrated leader in Nigeria’s marketing communication industry with over a decade of experience in driving innovative strategies across sectors, including FMCG, Banking, FinTech, e-Commerce, and Telecoms. As the Business Unit Director at +Acuity Ltd, Emmanuel leads a dynamic team in delivering cutting-edge marketing solutions powered by creativity, technology, and data insights for more than 25 leading brands.

An alumnus of the Pitchers Young Leaders Academy, Emmanuel represented Nigeria twice at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, having won the Cannes Young Lions Media Competition consecutively from 2016 to 2018. His career has been distinguished with numerous accolades, including the 2024 Global Recognition Awards and the 2023 WARC Awards for Effectiveness. Emmanuel’s expertise has been celebrated with over 20 trophies at the Pitchers Awards since 2017, alongside recognition at the Media & Marketing Global Awards and WARC 100 Most Awarded Works for Media in 2021. Notably, he is the first local agency representative from Nigeria to win Gold and serve as a judge at the prestigious Festival of Media Global Awards.

A First-Class graduate from the University of Lagos, Emmanuel also holds a diploma in Marketing Management from the Association of Business Executives in the UK. His thought leadership is widely recognized through his role on the Advisory Council of Harvard Business Review and the Forbes Council. He is also a visiting faculty member at the Lagos Business School, where he shares his deep industry insights with the next generation of marketing professionals.

Emmanuel is a prolific contributor to academic and industry literature. He has authored numerous articles and publications and has played a pivotal role in the annual Mediafacts Book publication by mediaReach OMD since 2016. Since 2022, he has coordinated Nigeria’s premier marketing trends event, the Annual Top Trends Event, in collaboration with the Lagos Business School, Geopoll, and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.

In 2023, Emmanuel was appointed by the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) to a cross-sector GDP committee, working with PwC to publish a groundbreaking study on the marketing communication industry’s contribution to Nigeria’s GDP.

Beyond his professional achievements, Emmanuel is a contributor to the book "Africa’s Goldmine: A Guide to Winning Customers in Its Unstructured Market", written in collaboration with Professor Uchenna Uzo of the Lagos Business School. He is also a visiting faculty member at the Alphabet Media Academy, where he mentors young professionals in marketing and media strategy.
