A visionary leader in the media and marketing industry, Dozie began his career at OMD Nigeria in 2007. With a background in electrical engineering from the University of Nigeria and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, he seamlessly transitioned into the dynamic world of marketing, bringing analytical precision and strategic excellence to the industry.

Throughout his career, he has shaped the success of global and regional brands, working with OMD Nigeria and OMD Ghana across powerhouse names like Vodafone, Guinness, GSK, Distell, SC Johnson, Stanbic IBTC, and Beiersdorf. His strategic foresight led him to PHD Nigeria, where he pioneered the Strategy and Planning function, driving impact for brands such as Ovaltine, Hennessy, PZ Cussons, Ariston, Apple, and SC Johnson.

His expertise in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) took center stage when he served as Media Manager and IMC Lead for Coca-Cola Nigeria’s West Africa Business Unit, overseeing regional marketing communication and media asset development.

In June 2017, Dozie returned to PHD Nigeria as Managing Director, where he now provides leadership in Nigeria, Ghana and across the Francophone West African markets, steering innovation and transformative media strategies that drive business growth.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Dozie is deeply committed to the advancement of the marketing industry. He is currently the President of MIPAN, working to develop and improve the media advertising function in Nigeria with a focus on technology adoption, data analytics as well as training and development within the industry.

He is also faculty member at the Alphabet Media Academy, mentoring the next generation of media professionals.

His expertise is recognized globally, with jury appointments at prestigious industry awards, including Cannes Lions Media Jury, M&M Global Awards, Loeries Africa & Middle East, Pitcher Awards, and the PHD Light Awards.
