As CEO of RED for Africa Group, Ayodeji leads a dynamic team that uses storytelling to solve challenges, shift narratives, and drive change for companies, governments, and organizations. Under his leadership, RED’s subsidiaries—Red Media Africa, StateCraft, The Future Project, and Red Production—are setting the standard for innovation and impact in the industry.
He’s also the co-founder of The People Company, a Group that houses Riquesa, a leading experiential agency operating in Nigeria, Ghana, and the UK; Duo Agency, a digital solutions powerhouse; and SBX Media, a cutting-edge content production company.
Ayodeji’s career began with leading youth-focused campaigns as BlackBerry Campus Marketing Executive, where his team won the prestigious BlackBerry Messenger Awards Lagos for their groundbreaking work. He went on to hone his skills at BrandLife Limited, where he spearheaded activation strategies that helped brands thrive in the digital era.
An alumnus of the University of Lagos, Ayodeji is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). His work has earned him accolades like “Young Entrepreneur of the Year”, a spot on the “35 Under 35 Marketing Professionals in Nigeria”, and recognition as a finalist at the inaugural Quantic Moonshot Finals in New York.
Beyond business, Ayodeji is passionate about youth empowerment and national development. He serves on the boards of NGYouthSDGs and the All-Lives Matter Initiative, advocating for inclusion and sustainable growth. Recognized as a “Golden Role Model” by the NYAGGI, Ayodeji is driven by a vision to use his expertise to shape a better future.
