Kenneth is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Innova DDB Ghana, a member of the DDB Global network of marketing communication agencies, BrandAlert Ghana, Innova Liberia and Innova Sierra Leone.
Kenneth has been responsible for the year-on-year growth of the Innova DDB business in Ghana and The Ninani Groups’ internationalization agenda for the past 10 plus years and on that journey has been the custodian of iconic blue-chip brands such as MTN, Gino, Lucozade, Yango, HD+ Coc Cola and Absa bank to name a few.

In his roles he has ensured that the agencies under his stewardship have maintained their leadership within the marketing communication space in Ghana and the West African sub region.
Kenneth believes in growing brands and hence long-term relationships with clients, he lives for insights and feeds off tackling complex problems and passion for developing talent, he is known for his unrelenting approach to work and his belief in strategic partnerships.
He holds a Bachelors in Biochemistry, an MBA in Marketing and a PhD in Molecular Biology. Kenneth loves to challenge the status quo and he takes his inspiration from looking at life from different or alternate perspectives.
