Throughout her career, she has established a remarkable track record of delivering profitable and sustainable brand growth, showcasing expertise in consumer behavior, strategic execution, and team leadership. She has successfully led brand and marketing campaigns for global FMCG brands in the Personal and Home Care categories, and more recently in the Alcoholic Beverage industry, developing locally relevant competitive strategies for globally renowned brands while championing inclusive and impactful consumer marketing.

Driven by a passion for solving real problems for the African consumer, she has collaborated with and led marketing teams in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, and Cote d'Ivoire, giving her a profound understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these markets.

Beyond her professional achievements, Osato is passionate about and deeply committed to developing and mentoring young professionals, helping them achieve their best in both professional and personal spheres which she does through her participation in several mentoring programs.

Osato is currently the marketing director at Moet Hennessy Nigeria, having previously worked with global multinationals Unilever and Diageo.
