Venus is the Director of Women’s Esports for the Esports Association of Ghana, Advertising Association of Ghana (AAG) Lions Representative for Ghana, and Dean of Young Pitcher Academy covering Africa, roles that give her oversight of developing industry opportunities and creative economy talent from across the region.

She is the first Ghanaian Lions WARC Judge and winner of the 2025 Women in Marketing Global - Highly Commended Award for Outstanding Contribution to Marketing (Agency).

With over two decades of experience across Africa and global markets, she has built a career on challenging norms, pioneering digital adoption, which has driven business transformation while empowering people, to thrive in the digital economy.

From Advertising Agency leadership at Now Available Africa working with brands such as NIKE, Diageo and initiatives like SKY Girls to sustainable fashion with SuneV Couture, to contributing to the Ghana AI practitioners Guide and The Cultural Policy of Ghana, her work consistently merges creativity with impact. As part of championing African insights on global stages, she holds annual lectures at Universities and has authored Sage Business published case studies that bring African marketing into global academia.
