The Future Pitcher Student Academy is a youth-focused programme of the Pitcher Festival of Creativity, designed for students in universities and other tertiary institutions across Africa. It provides a vibrant platform for intensive learning, talent discovery, and early immersion into the dynamic world of advertising and marketing communications.

Now in its 19th year, FPSA continues to welcome students to participate in specially curated youth events held during the Pitcher Festival. The programme features a rich blend of competitions, seminars, and workshops led by top industry professionals, all aimed at nurturing the next generation of creative leaders.

Awards & Recognition
Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals are awarded to the top-performing students in the FPSA competition.

Best Lecturer of the Year is presented to the supervisor of the highest-scoring student.

School of the Year is awarded to the institution or department with the highest cumulative score across all participating students.
