Joel is responsible for managing the strategic direction for all Creative & Performance marketing disciplines marred with client growth and success and overall client relationship and strategy. He Drives the overall strategy for the Africa teams whilst at the same time effectively articulating the vision and strategy to clients and staff. He also focuses on ensuring best practice, consistency and innovation with a keen focus on blockchain and customer experiences in all activities for Clients while continuously reviewing capabilities and commercials of technology platforms to ensure maximum efficiencies.

With 12 years of experience, he has garnered a number of awards, most recently being E-Commerce Agency of the Year, Top 25 Men in Digital , Marketing Society of Kenya Digital Agency of the Year, Loeries, Luum Global Award recipient and The Cannes Lions 2021.
