Majda Nafissa Rahal - Associate Director, SHIFTIN Agency

Majda is the co-founder and associate director of SHIFTIN, a leading tech and digital agency based in Algiers, specializing in crafting websites, complex web platforms, mobile apps, and helping clients be visible online through digital marketing.

With her team at SHIFTIN, Majda also organizes the Algeria Web Awards, a national competition that honors the best innovators and content creators online.

Majda is a recipient of the Fulbright scholarship, earning a Master’s degree in information systems management and data analytics at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has had multiple international experiences, including speaking at Stanford University, and multiple TEDx events.
