Ololade Oloniyo is the Managing Partner of Starfield legal Practitioners, a service law firm in Lagos Nigeria and sector lead of the technology, media and entertainment arm of the firm. She is legal practitioner with experience in the legal aspects of corporate finance, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and intellectual property protection. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of IP Business Capital, is a business advisory firm providing cutting edge IP solutions to African institutions.

She is a member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, where she currently serves on the IP and Innovation Thematic area, Associate at Woman in Management Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ), a faculty member at the Covenant Capital Business School, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, and a Savvy African Fellow.
