Dawn is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader. As the CEO of dentsu Africa, she created a vision for the business in Africa and championed it to a leading position in majority of the markets. This required her to mentor leaders from a culturally diverse background. The region represents over 30 markets. Having a practical business approach, has helped her to develop agile entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs - at scale. Dentsu's Make it Real culture has played a vital role in building a high- performance team across the region, from largely “home-grown” talent. The Talent pool has grown from 40 to over 1500 inspired people under her leadership. Dawn is the recipient of many business and social impact awards across Africa. She is currently a board member of Loeries Middle East Africa and sits on the dentsu global board for Social Impact. Dentsu is the only female led network in Africa with strong developmental programmes across the region, to ensure we truly put Africa on the map.
