Tosin Balogun is a versatile, multi-disciplinary strategy leader with a keen interest in how brands can win through the intersection of culture, creativity, and innovation.

He graduated from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria's premier university, with a degree in psychology and has acquired local and global professional memberships such as National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (CIM) and Account Planning Group, UK (APG).

Tosin has a decade-plus of experience leading strategy and innovation teams across global agencies like Dentsu, Publicis, and Leo Burnett, helping multi-nationals and global brands such as Netflix, Pepsi, Diageo, Heineken, Uber, Suntory, Visa, Mondelez, Prime Video, American Express, etc. thrive sustainably in sub-Saharan African markets.

Aside from driving growth for brands, his work has led to award-winning creative campaigns, duly recognized by local and international award platforms like the Lagos Advertising International Festival (LAIF), Publicis Giraffe Awards, Pitchers Awards, Loeries, etc.

Tosin is passionate about the intricacies of human behaviour and the trends that birth and sustain cultural shifts. When he's not developing strategies, he's trying to make sense of the world's chaos through the pages of an interesting book, exploring places, or trying to beat his PB in long-distance running and amateur swimming.
