Gerald Ssali is a Kampala-based Creative Director with roots in art direction and a growing focus on strategy and copywriting. His work has earned recognition at the Silverback Awards (Uganda), DMA Awards (Kenya), and the Pitcher Festival of Creativity.

He approaches creativity through the lens of culture-seeking ideas that are not only well-crafted, but deeply truthful. As part of the Heritage jury, he is drawn to work that challenges, reinterprets, and advances African narratives.
