Richard Salvador-Adebayo is a marketing expert, and founder of DigiSplash a digital led , award winning full service agency based in Lagos, Nigeria. He is also a talented marketing consultant, web developer, public speaker and trainer with the John Maxwell Team. He has led his young agency to winning the 2019 Fintech Communication campaign of the year for their creative campaign for Zedvance and recently winning the MADCON top 100 agencies at the recent global marketing event at Dubai.
A graduate of Information Technology and Business Management in Information Systems from the Dublin Business School, Ireland. He also holds an MSC in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute in Ireland and is a Certified management consultant. Richard's extensive experience in marketing has led to an admirable level of respect in the digital and advertising industry. He has developed winning strategies for top brands such as Coca-Cola, Diageo, Suntory, World Bank, Fan Milk, IndoMie, Etisalat, Reckitt Benckiser, Silverbird, APC, Genesis Deluxe Cinemas to name a few.
He has a strong relationship with the Creativity Week project, He inspired his team to win the 2018 Young Lions Award for Digital and won 5 awards at their first participation of the Creativity Week. Richard also was a faculty member and speaker for the Future Creative Leaders Academy at last year,s Creativity Week.
