About the event
In this panel session, we will explore a number of themes including Creativity as Driver for Economic Growth in Africa. Africa currently has the largest trading bloc in the world in terms of number of participating countries thanks to the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) agreement. The opportunities are massive for economic growth, attracting foreign investment, accelerating intra-African trade and reducing poverty. However, the creative industries have a pivotal role.
